The  Krishna Somers Foundation  announces the final lecture of the year.
The lecture also marks the pending retirement of one of the leading scholars of Murdoch University and one of Australia’s pre-eminent and, indeed, foundational literary theorists.  During an illustrious career Horst has published four major books and innumerable essays in some of the major refereed journals in the fields of literature, culture and philosophy. Since 1991 he has been Professor of English and Philosophy at this University. Please come to the lecture, enjoy debating with Horst and drink some excellent wine (or orange juice)
