The Foundation's management committee, which comprises by and large members from the School of Arts, will meet at least twice a year. The principal donor's understanding is that Professor Mishra will remain director of the Foundation for the duration of his tenure as a professor of the University.

The role of the advisory fellows is to provide, when requested or on their own, information about similar foundations in their universities/ countries. Advisory fellows will also be asked for their input in some of the key events sponsored by the Foundation such as the proposed biennial conference.
Liaison with SCASE
The Foundation sits within the University's Centre for Social Change and Social Equity. The Director of SCASE or his/her representative will be an ex-officio member of the Foundation's Committee. The research activities of the foundation are interwoven into those of the Centre and it is envisaged that the Foundation will work closely with SCASE when formulating its strategies and ordering its priorities.
